Our experience at Matt Ford was great. We went back there as Jerry sold us our last vehicle and it was even better than before. He asked where I was and told me not to worry that he would make sure I got to my appointment on time. 15 minutes later Glen pulled up in a loaner car handed me the keys and said he would take care of everything for me so I could make my meeting. My brother bought a new 2010 Ford Fusion a few months ago from Matt Ford and he is very happy with his car and his buying experience. Even though I did not purchase a brand new truck, Ryan Matt was very diligent and patient in searching for a truck and close to my price range. It took a few months to find my truck but it was well worth the wait. It met my expectations and beyond. I really enjoying driving it. Matt took the time to go over the truck with me from bumper to bumper and explained the features of the truck, which was very helpful. Also, I had the pleasure to work with Fred Statham the Finance Manager. He went over the details of the financing. He was very easy talk to and pleasant to work with. Prices are lower at Matt Ford than I found in my area.I told them exactly what I wanted and they found it, they didn't pressure me into anything I didn't need,and gave me a trade in allowance on my old truck without ever seeing it and I didn't have to drive it back to Missouri to get rid of it!A very relaxing,wonderful experience. I visited Matt ford on a Wed. looking for a new truck. I wanted some things on it I had not been able to find at other dealers yet.The sales person I was talking to Gene Wagner told me he though he had some wanted some things on it I had not been able to find at other dealers yet.The sales person I was talking to Gene Wagner told me he though he had something coming in on Fri. I might like would I be willing to come take a look at it.He give me a copy of the window sticker that would be on the truck and it had almost everything on it I wanted. I came back on Sat. and looked at the truck and bought it taking it home that same night. I found the dealership to be very friendly and easy to work with. Dealing with the staff at Matt Ford sales has been by far the best car buying experience I have have ever had! They went out of their way to treat me like a friend rather then "just another paycheck" which i the best car buying experience I have have ever had! They gave me the respect and courtesy that I deserve, and NO B.S. when it came time to make a deal! Selection of vehicles is great! While they may not have acres and acres and more acres of vehicles to choose from, the available stock is well thought out and represents everything from the best of what's available, to just what you need. Plus if your like me and looking for a more personal touch in the choice of what you are buying, they had no problems ordering in the exact F-150 that I wanted. Pricing was great, and the salesman went out of his way to make sure I was getting the best deal possible, and to make sure that I was taking advantage of all the rebates that were available to me. I couldn't be happier and couldn't think of dealing with any other dealership for my Ford needs!! More
