My boyfriend and I were looking for a Ford Fiesta but had been unsuccessful in finding the car in our local area (Northwest Arkansas). After calling Matt Ford, Ryan helped us find a car available at the deal been unsuccessful in finding the car in our local area (Northwest Arkansas). After calling Matt Ford, Ryan helped us find a car available at the dealership and allowed us to hold the car for a week with a deposit. Ryan said if we didn't find the car we wanted on his lot, he would personally help us find the car and have it delivered, which is something that other dealers we spoke with were not willing to do because of the costs they would incur. The car is great, the staff is friendly, and we would certainly make the four-hour drive again to buy from Matt Ford. More

THEN SUDGESTED AUTOS ACCORDING TO OUR ANSWERS, AND WERE NOT PUSHY ABOUT WANTING AN ANSWER, WERE ALOWED TO LOOK AT SEVERAL TRUCKS AT THE SAME TIME SO WE COULD COMPARE FEATURES, ECT. OFFERED TO LET US TEST DRIVE ANY OR ALL. THEN ALOWED US TIME TO SIT AND DISCUSS BETWEEN US IN PRIVATE. GERRY W. EVEN CALLED OUR INSURANCE CO. TO GET A QUOATE FOR US, AND LET US SEE EVERY AMMOUNT FOR STICKER PRICE, PRICE THEY WOULD SELL FOR AND INSURANCE, AND LET US DISCUSS MORE IN PRIVATE. HE SAID "TAKE YOUR TIME, OR IF YOU WOULD LIKE TO COME BACK THAT WOULD BE FINE ALSO", WHICH I LIKE, I HATE TO BE PUSHED INTO BUYING SOMETHING ON THE SPOT. ESPECIALY FOR THAT KIND OF MONEY. IT IS A DIFFICULT DISSION TO MAKE. GERRY ALSO GAVE ALL THE INFO. I was looking to purchase a new Ford F150 Supercrew XLT with Ecoboost engine and very specific options. I had shopped with 30 other dealerships for the right vehicle and price. When discussing this with Matt Ryan via email, he stated to find the best price i could. Once I had the best price, let him know what that price was and he would beat it. By the time I had completed my research, he no longer had a vehicle on the lot that met all my specifications. Upon finding this out, he went to another dealer got the vehicle I wanted, and still beat the best price I had found. He also was there personally for my pick up of the vehicle. Good price and first rate customer service. More

I have purchased two vehicles from Jerry Snead in the last few years. The dealership is very friendly and handles all matters quite effectively. Jerry has also went out of his way to make the process of purchasing a car a pleasant experience. I was pleased with the trade-in amount offered for my vehicle. It was a fair price. Fred is very knowledgeable and strives to get you the best deal he can. Once all the paperwork is signed and you are ready to take your new car home, Jerry takes you through a step by step instruction of all the operational components to your car. I purchased a new 2012 Focus with all the new bells and whistles and Jerry able to show me how each one worked. It is a beautiful car. I have used the service department for years regarding maintenance on my vehicles and the service department always does a good job and will let you know what needs to be done. Overall, Matt Ford is a great dealership to purchase a vehicle from. You need to check them out. More
Matt Ford is a good dealership. For 4 years now I have had my 2005 F-150 and the wifes' 2007 Escape serviced there and always had good service with explanations when I needed them. My current visit was to purchase a new F-150. Gene Wagner was the sales person who assisted me. He asked what I wanted and provided the vehicles that closest matched my request. I was able to make a choice and purchased an F-150 XLT Super Crew Cab. No pressure and an easy process. Fred assisted my wife and I with the paper-work and went out of his way to explain the least expensive way to finance the purchase. I could not have been more pleased with my experience. The truck I bought was the lowest priced on AutoTrader due their no-haggle approach to pricing. (It was not advertised as no-haggle, but it was already as low as they could go.) I have never accepted that as an approach to selling a vehicle, but after extensive research, I found that the price was more than reasonable. They were eager to work with me on my trade-in value and financing rate to get the payments down to what I needed. I live 180 miles from the dealership and was happy to make the drive after working the details out over the phone. No high-pressure sales were involved. I highly recommend them and will make any future Ford purchases through them. More

This is the first Ford product I have owned so the experience I have gotten from Matt Ford has been great. I really wanted the Fusion but we could not bring the payments down enough so I settled with the Focus. Besides not having much room in the back I am enjoying the gas mileage I am getting. Jerry and Kevin were very helpful in all my questions and I hope to continue working with Matt Ford for anything on my Focus. More
