After having visted other local Ford dealers but not quite satisfied, we called up Matt Ford to speak with a new vehicles sales rep. After the purchase was made we were treated to both an informative and delightful presentation of all the car's features, something no previous dealer provided. Particularly helpful was its "sync" feature for handling automated calls, vocal driving directions etc (easy and safe technology for all on the road!). We will be most happy to refer family and friends to Matt Ford, and will visit them FIRST the next time we're in the market for another vehicle. I never felt pressured or rushed. Jerry was very knowledgeable with a down to earth personality. He made us feel at home and comfortable. Even though we were there for a number of hours, the delivery of the vehicle was very speedy and we were able to take home our new vehicle that day. That is pretty unheard of by other dealers. Since we live more than an hour drive away, it was really appreciated. We were also pleased to know Bonner Springs Ford is associated with Matt Ford so we can take our car there for necessary repairs should there be any. I was pleased with the free maintenance offered on this car by the dealership. Even though we may not take advantage of it because of the distance away from home, it is still not done at other dealerships, so was an added plus. I would recommend this dealership and Jerry Snead in particular for a great buying experience. More

I went to several dealers, Dodge, Chevrolet, Toyota and other Ford dealers. I told each the same as to the kind of truck and options I was looking for. Dodge had one closely similar to what I wanted.
