I have worked with the employees at Matt Ford for approximately 15 - 18 years. I have always received the utmost respect from everyone I dealt with. The expereience was pleasant from the beginning to the delivery of the truck. We did not feel pressure at anytime to buy the truck. He gave us our options and let us make up our mind. We would and have recommended this dealership several times to others. We have been at dealerships that basically pressure you until you buy and we do not like or appreciate that tactic.
