Everything he told us about the vehicle and the price was absolutely on the mark. He worked hard to get the deal we wanted. He was very down-to-earth and understood where we were coming from all along the way. The "wheeling and dealing" part was very hassle and stress-free! Dealers Were able to make a bad situation, Right again. I brought my fully warrantied Ford Focus in to the service department to address an issue with SYNC and my Samsung Galaxy S4. They confirmed with me t I brought my fully warrantied Ford Focus in to the service department to address an issue with SYNC and my Samsung Galaxy S4. They confirmed with me that the phone was compatible with Ford Sync and when I bought the car it paired with my car fine. after about 3 months. it lost its pair with my car through bluetooth. I went up to get it fixed and after not being able to fix it. They told me it was my phone. I acknowledged that was a possibility and offered to go get my phone checked out to make sure all was working correctly with it.( mind you I have no issues with the phone and bluetooth with any other device and my phone) Their reply to me was that I could do that but there was nothing they could do about it. I was sold a bumper to bumper warranty and they told me there was nothing to do. Either they need to take the galaxy s4 off of the compatibility list. or they need to fix it and honor their bumper to bumper warranty. I left very frustrated and in the same place I was when I came in. no solutions and no willingness to work towards a solution ( again, I have a bumper to bumper warranty). Taking my car to another dealership now. *****UPDATE*******: I received a call from Ryan Matt personally following this review being posted. He was very interested in my issue. and Wanted to get my car in as soon as possible to figure out what was going on. They gave me a loaner car in the meantime while they looked at my car. Long story short, Ford Company said it was my phone and there was no part to replace on the car. I took the loaner car back feeling dissapointed. I spoke to both Geoff Barker and Josh Drummond when I arrived to get my car back. Josh took me out to the car and wanted to try one last method to get my phone to work. and by pairing my car and phone through the car rather than the phone We were able to get the car to pair. and I am Jamming out again and able to make calls Like I was before! Ryan Matt and His DEALER team worked with me here and fixed my issue. I cant say enought about those guys. They addressed my issue head on. and we got a resolution. Ryan, Geoff and Josh Have earned my business back. I will be going back to them be purchasing my next vehicle. Thank you very much guys. More

Awesome Experience We went out to Matt Ford for one of those promotion and were impressed so when we were ready to buy we went back out and spoke to Mike Howell. Even though it took longer than we anticipated, it was virtually painless. We haven't purchased a car from a dealer with financing in quite a long time. In the process we found out that Mike was our neighbor, small world. I am really enjoying my 2012 Focus and can tell it will last a long time. More

He was not only professional but also had great people skills! He showed me how to work all the options of the truck and had me on my way back home without any delays. Painless Process of Buying New Car We had gone into Matt Ford to drop off the old fusion for service and we were going to peek around at the new stock. We told Josh our situation and he came back with a fair offer for our current vehicle and a good price on the new without any of the haggle or drama.
