The BEST car-buyig experience we've EVER had! After researching vehicles online, we found two Ford Explorers of interest, both located at Matt Ford. After arriving to take a look and a test drive, we discovered our first choice had already sold. We drove our second choice and absolutely loved it. The staff was so helpful and really drove home the message that "you're now part of the Matt Ford family". When you're a member of the sales staff, your job is to sell vehicles and generate money for your personal income and for the dealership. Many times that leads to a high-intensity sales pressure, but we never experienced that with Mike Howell. In the past, we've endured some really awful experiences at larger dealerships in Kansas City... and we are very understanding, forgiving, patient people. After being taken advantage of and treated with less than ideal service by staff with little integrity, you can imagine how nervous we were to go through the car buying process again. The Matt Ford staff, and our salesman Mike Howell, demonstrated to us that IT DOESN'T HAVE TO BE THAT WAY!!! Not EVERY deanship uses those tactics to sell vehicles! What a relief! We received a terrific deal, our new vehicle was simply immaculate, and the help we received to set up our SNYC and to learn the tech features of the Explorer was super valuable. Mike was WONDERFUL to work with and so friendly. The staff that detailed our vehicle was phenomenal (I wish I could remember their names) and we will absolutely recommend Matt Ford to everyone we know! #MattFordForLife :) More

Disappointed Their sales manager gave a price in fact we got several prices and when we finally agreed on the price at the last minute the price changed again. We noticed a sales price in the truck, but when we went inside the price jumped $1700.00. above the price that was laying on the backseat. We left. The sales manager called a few days later and gave a lower quote and we excepted the deal. When he was told we were preapproved and to send the information to our bank, he said we had to use Ford financing. He did not honor the price that was given. Matt Ford only wants you to use their financing. We were preapproved, by our bank. We are very disappointed in the whole process. Watch out for those "low prices". More
