When I was first on my search for a Subaru, I went to Hendricks. could not seem to make a deal there. I inquired at Hallmark and Angel and LaNorris made a deal! Since we drove to Birmingham from Mobile, I appreciated her openness: she told me every cost I’d have to factor into the final price of the car, so that I’d be able to calculate the price myself and avoid nasty surprises. When we arrived, Martin and I went on a test drive, where he explained some features of the Crosstrek. Afterwards, he had the paperwork ready to go, and the only additional cost he tried to add was an extended warranty. When we declined the extended warranty, he didn’t argue too hard, and we agreed on the price that I had calculated. The finance manager was professional and efficient, as was the delivery specialist. All of the other salespeople at the dealership were friendly and kind, and the buying process took about 2.5 hours total. My experience here was very good, especially after experiencing Tameron Subaru in Mobile. If you’ve done your research and know how much your car should cost, Hallmark Subaru of Birmingham will honor that price. Honest, friendly, and straightforward salespeople. I recommend them! More

They do not have a shuttle, rather you are dropped off with no pickup. This is unheard of. 20,000 employees at UAB a few blocks away and no pickup service. Next car I buy goes back to a Toyota (Hoover Toyota) or Honda (Tameron) both with shuttle service. And faster service with one brand. More

The popular trim level and color we wanted made the search even more difficult, but they answered any questions I had and were professional and patient with me. They kept me up to date with the search and then the special order process over the phone, and were able to find and deliver an unallocated car a month ahead of the estimated time. The price was very much in line with what I considered fair according to TrueCar, and especially considering the high demand for the model. Also, this dealership offers free oil changes for life, which will save $40-50 every 7500 miles. If you go to trade here, ask for Sam and you will be treated well. More
