Let me start by saying this is not my first experience with Hallmark. My first was in 2013 when we purchased an Elantra. I am back because these guys were great back then! No one touched our Elantra but these parts and service folks! We are now a proud TWO Hyundai family. We kept the Elantra and added a Kona! Hallmark Hyundai is not a pressure cooker dealership. There was no pressure from the first hello to the transfer of ownership. Ticia (Sales) was knowledgeable, friendly and helpful.
