Initially walking into this dealership I spoke with Ernest and he was very enthusiastic and has a fun personality. Steve was also very helpful when anything came up he was great at explaining everything I needed to know when it came to the finance aspect of purchasing the new vehicle. Every employee I have encountered at Hall Mazda was always courteous and advised me in a way that I understood. At no time with any vehicle that I have had serviced there, from my Mazda RX-8 to my Ford always courteous and advised me in a way that I understood. At no time with any vehicle that I have had serviced there, from my Mazda RX-8 to my Ford F-150, have I felt that I was being misled. All of the employees I have worked with (to include a few mechanics) were always eager to SHOW me my problem, not just tell me what it was. They also described in detail what may have caused it, what they would do to fix it, and what I can do to prevent it from happening again. They don't fill you full of technical "mumbo-jumbo" and they get straight to the point. Though nobody likes to pay dealer prices for things, Hall Mazda has definitely kept their prices low and competitive and I will continue to take my vehicles to them and recommend this dealer to anybody for any reason. Ernest knew I was coming home from college for the weekend so he contacted me personally and informed me about the 0 percent interest deal going on for the month of March, and he wanted to me to stop in so he could list out a few options for me to think about. Ernest and Calvin did a great job getting me the best deal they could on my new car, and as a soon to be college grad on a tight budget that means a lot.
