Hands down best experience with a Service Department that I have ever had. Fantastic Service On my day off, I scheduled to have my Mazda 3 serviced, oil change, rotate tires and state inspection. Jolynn, my Service Advisor was very attentive a On my day off, I scheduled to have my Mazda 3 serviced, oil change, rotate tires and state inspection. Jolynn, my Service Advisor was very attentive and explained everything. When she returned to give me update on progress of the work, I remembered there was a problem with the Dash, it had popped up, since my last service. Jolynn checked on it, and let me know that they were contacting Mazda to see if could be corrected (warranty expired). With Jolynn and Hall Mazda effort I was informed that the dash will be fixed!!! Nothing was good about this service call My car was left the night before and the service rep acknowledged it at 7:37 am. After sending the diagnosis to the incorrect e-mail, which I correcte My car was left the night before and the service rep acknowledged it at 7:37 am. After sending the diagnosis to the incorrect e-mail, which I corrected twice, contact with Hailey was impossible. Calls were unanswered. It took 3 calls and 3 hrs later to finally get the repairs ordered - of course it was then near lunch, many other vehicles were now in front of mine for repairs. I had to call repeatedly to find out the status of the work. When I arrived to pick up my car I was given the wrong invoice and keys to a car not belonging to me. The repair that was necessary was something that previously was on extended warranty as it was a problem for this model. No one ever told me about this and of course the warranty period has recently expired. This was a part that should have lasted the life of the car. I'm done with Hall Mazda. More
