After a month of looking for cars I was about to give up when I stopped in randomly to look at a car I told Eric my budget a stress free as possible. Had to take my car in urgently for an engine issue. Both engine and EPC light was on. No boost and rattling while at stop lights. Info online said to take to shop immediately to prevent major issue. Needed a diagnostic done to see if it was fixable and at what cost. Was told they couldn’t get to it that day but would get in the next day. This went on for 10 days without them touching it. Gave a different excuse daily. Finally went to get it to take elsewhere. Spoke to the VP that was there. Listened but only offered to get it in in one or two more days. Totally unacceptable! How do you run a business? This place used to be pretty good. We bought our cars there and had them serviced there. This is the worst it’s ever been. More
