Eric and I handled basically the entire purchase via text (minus delivery), since I live about two hours away and texting is much easier for me while I'm at work. Every question I had was answered promptly, and Eric made the entire process incredibly easy. And don't even get me started on delivery—an hour and I was out the door, and that's with a trade-in! Everything was ready to go when I arrived, with no messing around or wasting my time. Eric is basically the man of men. If you're looking for a Mazda, I highly recommend asking for him.
