Purchased a new Mazda CX-5 from Hall and upon my first drive on the freeway I immediately could tell there was an issue with the alignment. Car pulled hard to the right under light acceleration at freeway drive on the freeway I immediately could tell there was an issue with the alignment. Car pulled hard to the right under light acceleration at freeway speeds. In addition, there was an obvious tire balance issue going on. Since there is a 12k/1year adjustment warranty for alignment and tire balance on new Mazda’s, I assumed I would bring it back and get issues resolved, no biggie. Instead the service tech drove it and said it was normal behavior to pull like that. Well, ok, let’s check the alignment anyways since it’s covered under the warranty. Hall then claimed that warranty doesn’t exist. I had to literally show them the warranty in the owners manual and they still claimed Mazda won’t cover it. I had to take my brand new vehicle to a different dealership to honor my request, and they indeed found the alignment was way off in the rear passenger side. The icing on the cake to my experience, the tech at Hall put a large dent on the edge of the drivers door. Of course they wouldn’t do anything about that either. I would never again take any vehicle to that poor excuse of a service department. STAY AWAY More
