To be honest, I wasn't in the market for a new vehicle. Had carried my 2008 Accord EX-L in for service/inspection and was browsing the showroom while I waited. I am now the proud owner of a 2011 Pilot EX-L and love it!! They were the best to deal with but I already knew that because we had bought the Accord from their sister store in Va Beach. Because we live in NC, I had always taken it to Moyock, now Elizabeth City, for servicing, etc. and never had a bad experience. They have always been first class in everyway to me. I would never buy a Honda from any other dealer. More

We had the misfortune of having an accident while on vacation in the Outer Banks and needed to have our Pilot repaired - it was not capable of being driven. Wim Dekkeer in the service department immed vacation in the Outer Banks and needed to have our Pilot repaired - it was not capable of being driven. Wim Dekkeer in the service department immediately recognized the difficult situation I was in 400 miles from home and coordinated an insurance appraisal, technician review, and ordering of parts within 2 hours of the vehicle arriving at the dealership! Throughout the process, Mr. Dekker treated my as if I were a life long repeat customer and ensured this accident did not become the focal point of our vacation - "leave it to me he assured." I doing so, our vehicle was repaired ahead of schedule and as good as new. Moreoever, when there was a post repair issue that needed addressing, Mr. Dekker didn't shy away from the issue, rather he met it head on and obtained a resolution within 25 minutes. My wife and I were very impressed with the professional attitude of all those we were introduced to and particularly with our sales rep Frank Brown. He very clearly detailed the value of the Honda products and made certain all our questions were properly answered. The closing of our deal was amicable and professionally handled as was the tour of your facility and greeting with the service writers for reference in future auto service needs. Price was fair for a first time Honda buyer, but I will expect a deeper price concession as a repeat customer. Travel Directions: Though not a negative in this review, your IT people should contact Google to get them to properly place your dealership address. I had been having the very worst time obtaining a vehicle, my credit was not so good and no one would work with me. My experience over the past several months was not only disappointing but embaressing as well. I never felt that way at anytime while dealing with Jamie (the best ever salesman) or Mr. Forman (the awesome finance guy) These gentleman were not only extremely nice, but very informative and have a great sense of humour. I have only had my Honda for 3 days and not only have I recommended the salesman and dealership, I have not shut-up about how great driving my new vehicle is. I quite simply cannot say enough about what a great experience dealing with Hall Honda of Elizabeth City has been. I drove all the way from Portsmouth, Virginia and will do so again. More
