I was lied to on the phone by your people. I don't have a problem with why I was denied a loan although one of your competitors in Elizabeth City gave me one today without any problems. My problem is that you are employing unethical tactics to get people into your dealership. I intend to complain loudly about this everywhere I can including the better business bureau.

Mistake? More like scam. Telling people they are approved over the phone to get them into your dealership is so much xxxxxxxx and you know it. You keep trying to portray this as my problem due to my credit and that is pure evasion. Now I have TWO negatively impacting hits on my credit report thanks to you and your unethical, greedy tactics. I have contacted the better business bureau as promised and am waiting for their paperwork. I am telling everybody at the Coast Guard base how you people operate too so they will know to shop elsewhere like I did after visiting you.
