I highly recommend Hall Honda for service. I have a 2002 Honda Accord which has been serviced there for almost all of its 115,000 miles. Last week, I couldn’t avoid a large (about five feet of arched metal that looked about 3 inches wide and an inch thick) piece of metal that came rolling from the vehicle ahead of me on the freeway; which went under the car. No leaks or difficulties-whew! The next day, three indicator lights came on including the “check engine” light. I was out of town and it was Friday night. I read the manual, called and spoke with Wim Dekker Sat morning. I described the situation. He gave me the number of a Honda dealer in Baltimore which wasn’t open. So, I went to an auto repair center four blocks away; concerned with safety. I was told my transmission was failing (about $4,000). I wasn’t comfortable with the assessment; nor this big decision. I again talked with Wim that afternoon. I drove the car without incident 300miles home. I didn’t feel anything different. The “check engine” light was still on; the others not. In the end it was determined my transmission was fine. I needed re-alignment and wheel balancing to make a smoother ride. Thanks, Dawn Cogger More

Last year, we bought a Honda from this dealership, for my wife. My vehicle is a Jeep. Since my first Jeep's tire rotation, I've had a problem with the tire balancing. I quit using the dealership; I blamed th wife. My vehicle is a Jeep. Since my first Jeep's tire rotation, I've had a problem with the tire balancing. I quit using the dealership; I blamed them for not being able to properly balance my wheels. After dealing with this problem for 5 years, I had my tires rotated by Norman Young,an excellent tire business. Finally, I got my answer. The WHEELS are warped. Since they don't sell wheels, I was forced to buy two new ones from the dealership. My wife also, asked Hall Honda if they could possibly look at the Jeep, just to get their '2nd' opinion. Corey Seymore told us to bring it right in. Corey sent it straight back to the service technicians. They put it on a lift and found the problem. YES, the wheels were warped. ALL of them! They went so far as to show us. SO..I will now get my new wheels, tires and never buy from my JEEP dealer again. Hall Honda went out of their way, to give us super excellent 'courtesy'service, on a vehicle I didn't even buy from them. The service dept. is of the highest quality, of any dealership, I've ever dealt with. The staff, ALL of the service dept, are friendly, very helpful, and just an excellent asset to the dealership. I would highly recommend this dealership to my family and friends...to anyone! EXCELLENT auto dealership. Thank you. More
Dave Rodgers at Hall Honda in Elizabeth City, NC was the fourth dealership I contacted to trade our '07 Pilot for a '11 Pilot. Dave was the only person that took the time to acquire the exact vehicle I want fourth dealership I contacted to trade our '07 Pilot for a '11 Pilot. Dave was the only person that took the time to acquire the exact vehicle I wanted from the assembly plant in AL. The other three dealerships wanted me to compromise on the vehicle by purchasing what they could locate instead of what I wanted. We made the deal on 01-11-2011; That afternoon he traded orders with a Maryland dealership; the car was built on 01-13-2011; Delivery was on 01-15-2011 and we picked it up on 01-18-2011. One week from deal to delivery and absolutely no surprises. This transaction was the easiest I have ever made. We live 150 miles from Hall Honda but it was well worth the drive. We will return for our next Honda and recommend Hall to our friends. Thank you Dave and the rest of your professional, courteous and knowlegeable staff. Bruce Phillips More
I used this dealer's online credit report in their website. Soon I got a message instructing me to call for the result of the report. When I called I was told that I was approved for a loan and I made website. Soon I got a message instructing me to call for the result of the report. When I called I was told that I was approved for a loan and I made an appointment to go in and pick out a car. When I got there the person I made the appointment with wasn't there. And I was told that my credit report had somehow become missing, yet they still had all of my personal info. They ran the credit report AGAIN and this time told me they couldn't approve me due to a problem on the report. So now I have had two credit reports run on me and my time wasted. And they have all of my personal information and refused to return all the paperwork I signed when I was there. I will never do business with this place now that the minor problem on my credit has been cleared up. They are liars and unethical. I have reported them to the BBB. More
First and foremost my wife and I were greeted promptly by Alice Moncla, she immediatly welcomed us to Hall Honda of Elizebth City. We told her we were shopping for either a 2010 or 2011 Honda Accord EX-L V6 Alice Moncla, she immediatly welcomed us to Hall Honda of Elizebth City. We told her we were shopping for either a 2010 or 2011 Honda Accord EX-L V6 which had to be White Diamond Pearl in color. Her immediate response was lets get started. We told her up front what we were expecting (pice range for new car and expected trade-in value) of existing car. After locating our new vehichle we were able to come to a successful agreement within 30-45 minutes which made this experience worth the distance of driving from Chesapeake. We tried the same approach here in Chesapeake Virginia and the experience was totally a disaster, no one here in Chesapeake Virginia was interested in selling a car...it appears they were only trying to see how much they could swindle out of us. A Hearty salute goes out to Alice Moncla, she has the personality, patiencce, and drive to get the customer what they want. More
When we arrived at Hall Honda, I had no idea I was going to be leaving in a brand new Odyssey. Hall Honda was able to work through every corner to reach the payments we needed.
