Good Afternoon, Your phone call consisted of speaking to us about your break pads. We do not recall having a conversation in regards to interest rates. We do not tell our customers specific rates without first seeing there credit and letting our lenders determine what the rate will be based off of their credit worthiness. The vehicle was scheduled to have all certification work done and we failed to do the work prior to delivery. This is the first time that anything like this had occurred at our dealership and was our oversight. We have asked you to forward all receipts for the work to my attention and that we would reimburse you 100% of the money that you have spent. We are more than happy to provide you with the two additional flushes that you were missing along with a car detail and tank of gas to compensate for our mistake. I am disappointed to hear of the entire situation that has occurred from start to finish between you and our Hall Honda Elizabeth City location. Hall Automotive is a business that strives to operate fairly and professionally no matter what the circumstance. When referencing our records you had visited our Hall Honda Elizabeth City service center to have your trunk examined for a gap issue. We were more than happy to take a look at it and would 100% honor anything under warranty that was a defect on Honda’s part. During your second visit to our service department you had told one of our service writers that you had been tapped in the rear by another vehicle. You had visited another local body shop to have a look at the damage and chose not to damage the factory finish on the vehicle over having the multiple dents repaired. After a second look and a genuine attempt on our end to adjust the gap in the trunk to your satisfaction, we had determined that a body shop was needed. The car being tapped and any damage to the trunk post accident is not under the responsibility of Hall or Honda, therefore the damage is not covered by warranty. We feel as if we attempted to fix your trunk to the best of our ability without having to send you to a body shop. If we have provided you with any other impression we apologize – our goal is always to help solve our customer’s service problems with as little inconvenience to them as possible. Hall Automotive provides a family friendly environment in all of our dealerships whether it be our showroom or our service centers. When that atmosphere is compromised we feel it is our duty to do whatever necessary to maintain that environment. We do not condone vulgar and violent behavior and therefore do not apologize for asking you to leave the dealership grounds. It makes it nearly impossible to provide an efficient and effective service when our customers chose to use inappropriate language and encourage using violence to resolve a simple business transaction. I have contacted multiple body shops including the original estimate for the bump in the rear and they all tell me that there was only a surface repair and in no way what so ever did this little bump cause this trunk issue they are in no way related. Your service department is being deceitful and lying about damaging my trunk and the behavior at hand. I was treated with vulgarity and called a xxxxxx by david rogers and that is acceptable to you? It seems that Hall Automotive group is okay with allowing their employees to partake in homophobic insults to customers. So it seems Hall Automotive Group endorses homophobia among its employees. Your service department knew about the bump in the rear from the first appointment so you sir are being miss led by your team in Elizabeth City. So, what they did is warp my trunk in the process of trying to "adjust" it and dented the top of our trunk and then tried to blame it on something else hoping I was an uneducated person that would just believe them and make me pay for damages done by your facility. You cant begin to comment on a situation that you were never involved in. Good day.

To clarify, the dents on the top of my trunk were not there when I dropped off the car. This is a completely fabricated statement and I am appalled at the extent your company will go to get over on your customers. Your service department took in my car from the beginning they knew about this bump and only tried to say that it was the cause of the trunk after they bent my trunk and dented my trunk along the top. This sir is another fabrication and made up situation to make it fit their scenario in which the customer is completely at fault just to cover up all the damage your Hall Automotive Store had done to my wife's car.
