Amanda Howell is amazing. I was familiar with Hall Ford from my partners purchase in 2020. I needed a new vehicle that was affordable, reliable, and had a few fun bells and wh I was familiar with Hall Ford from my partners purchase in 2020. I needed a new vehicle that was affordable, reliable, and had a few fun bells and whistles. I began my search and really wasn't sure there was anything in my price range. Well Amanda greeted me and immediately I felt comfortable with her. I did not feel like she was trying to sell me the sun. She understood my needs and what my budget looked like. I walked away that day with an amazing car. It was a 2018 Chev. Equinox Premier. It had all the bells and whistles with only one previous owner, no damage, and only about 25,000 miles. I mean what more could I want. On top of that the car was my dream car that I didn't even realize I had. Had it not been for Amanda taking the time to really talk to me and take in what it was I really wanted I know that day would not have gone as great as it did. She even personally drove my old vehicle to my house so that I could arrive home in my new one. Additionally there was a minor nail in the tire issue that came up and she met me at my work place to make sure it was taken care of. So to say above and beyond is an understatement.
