Most kind, patient, helpful, honest sales rep I’ve ever encountered. Not to mention he was pretty funny and helped occupy my 10 year old while I finalized paperwork. I came in with a window issue and unfortunately they did not have the part in stock and It took a little longer than I would’ve liked but that was not their fault Aamanda was in contact with me at least thr not have the part in stock and It took a little longer than I would’ve liked but that was not their fault Aamanda was in contact with me at least three Days out of the week every week I had to wait she is very good at her job and has great customer service I thought something else would’ve been the issue on my car and it actually was way cheaper than expected so thank you very much would highly recommend More

3rd Family Member To Buy A Car Here Within 1 Month! I went to Hall Hyundai after a relative and a close family friend HIGHLY recommended both the dealership and salesman, Ed. I had every intention of buying a used car to keep my payments low, but aside of an SUV, I wasn't exactly sure what I wanted. Ed Bennett (ASK FOR HIM as your sales rep!!), Kevin Clarke, and David Shope were spot on; super friendly, honest, patient, and they not only provided a relaxed "no pressure" atmosphere (which is a MUST for us and most everyone we know), and went out of their way to get me into the right car. This is the first dealership that really made us feel valued as customers not just a sale. Keep in mind that we're the 3rd person in our family to buy a new car here within the last month. Yes, they were able to get me into a new car for the same payments I had on the car I traded in. This dealership has all new management and it shows. We will refer everyone we know to Hall and Ed Bennett. Seriously, you can't go wrong with these guys. More

The Hall Auto Co. has allowed me to test drive cars for a couple of days at a time to get the true feel of the vehicle. If the car I wanted wasn't on the lot, Lindale made sure that it was there for me when I needed to pick it up. Unfortunately, the car that met my needs was found at another dealership. I really wish I could have purchased through Lindale and Hall. Their service and commitment is FAR ABOVE average when taking care of their customers. They will be my first choice when buying again and I recommend them to everyone I talk to. More
