I'VE HAD TO REPLACE 2 TIRES BECAUSE OF THE ROAD AND THANKS TO THEIR ADVICE ON THE TIRE AND RIM PROTECTION PACKAGE I'VE AVOIDED MYSE BUT LOTS OF HELP. First let me say that our salesman Alex Caver was excellent. He worked to find the truck I was looking for and actually more and the price I could live with. The thing that we found negative about the compnay was that when we applied thru the internet we recieved a call the next day stating that we had been pre-approved for the purchase and all we needed to do was come in, pick out the vehicle, work out the money down and we were done. When we arrived at the lot we found this was not true at all. We had not been pre-approved or even sent out for appoval yet. Even though we were verbally told this and also told this in an e-mail. We feel they were a little distruthful in their statements to get us into the delaership. As stated the transaction with Alex once we got there was excellent. After the sale I was a little disappointed because the truck I purchased did not have a cigarette lighter or mats for the floors. When questioned about this I was told they were sold seperate and I would have to purchase them myself. This is not the 1st vehicle I ever bought but it is the 1st time the dealer refused to furnish a cigarette lighter or matts for the vehicle. THis eneded up being another investment of close to $200.00. In these economic times I would thing the dealer would have thrown that in. More

I have a 2002 Dodge Intrepid. I replaced a 2.7L bad engine with a used 3.5. After the engne swap I swapped my ECM and added Sentury Key. I took my Car to Hall Dodge and had my ECM reprogrammed. Before I even got to do a test drive, he actually sat down with me in the office for a brief conversation. When we got around to discussing my needs and wants in a vehicle it was a little more in-depth and took some time in comparison to the way other places do it, but in the end I very much appreciated it. I felt that we covered all the details to make sure I was put into a vehicle that I was satisfied with. For me, it was a pleasant surprise considering all the negative preconceptions that are typically associated with car shopping. The bottom line is these guys conduct their business the way it’s supposed to be done. I can’t say enough about how smoothly the process went, and how pleased I am with the end result. I’ll certainly be looking to these guys again when I buy my next vehicle. More
