Was very disappointed in my experience. I have always bought used, so this was my first time buying new and I had already been preapproved through my bank. The salesman, Al, we were working with, was pleasant and knowledgeable, but when it came time to negotiate, the sales manager was not willing to work with us at all- simply refused to negotiate. I had done quite a bit of research and had built and priced the model we were looking at on Jeep.com, and when we told the sales manager they wanted way too much for the model we were looking at, he became quite rude and raised his voice in front of the rest of the staff and several other customers. Entirely unprofessional. Again, Al was great, but his manager's unprofessionalism made us decide to never purchase from Hall. More

I had 2 issues with my 98 Dodge 3500 dually. Shifting issue and a fluctuating speedometer. Brought my Truck in and John O'Brien Was very professional and a great person to work with. They kept me involved with what was being done and what they had found. Resolved my troubles efficiently. I will bring my truck back to only them for any future problems that may arise. More

He kept me posted everytime something was done with my truck, and I was never left out of the loop on anything. The environment was very professional but comfortable. We were even introduced to the general manager who offered us help with whatever our needs were. I took my young Marine son in for his first 'dealer' car buying experience. He first did a little homework on how much his budget would allow and what kind of, and what age of vehicle that would fall into p buying experience. Gino was very pleasant and very experienced dealer, no BS, no pressure, and a wealth of great stories while we waited for the business office to clear. The Hall used car inventory apperaed to be of quality. The Dodge we bought was well preped before the sale - which included fresh tires, and they freshened up the appearance after the sale.
