Positive experience Great experience. Our sales associate, Lacrissa, was personable, friendly and very easy to work with. There were a large selection of cars on the lot Great experience. Our sales associate, Lacrissa, was personable, friendly and very easy to work with. There were a large selection of cars on the lot, which made finding the vehicle that was right for us easier. Negotiations were met with compromise from both parties, and we left the dealership feeling good about the price of the vehicle. The only negetative about our experience is the pressure to purchase add on packages, which we would have experiences at any car dealership. While the sales associate in finance and extended service for the car were not pushy, my husband is not patient and it was stressful seeing what additional services for the car would make our car payment. His frustration wasn't necessarily with Haley, but more with financial constraints we personally had. Overall, our experience was extremely positive. I would encourage anyone looking for a car to visit Haley. More

Check engine light came on after a day along with 5 other things wrong with the car we noticed. Being serviced now but when I went to see about service the salesman Jeff Bannon told me it looks like I could stand to lose some weight by just walking in front of other salesman and customers that got a few gasps...Very unprofessional...will not buy another from here... Tried to Rip me off! Been servicing my Camry 2012 from past year and a half at Haley Toyota, Roanoke. Honestly the service has been going downhill. March 18th 2015 was the Been servicing my Camry 2012 from past year and a half at Haley Toyota, Roanoke. Honestly the service has been going downhill. March 18th 2015 was the worst ever - 55k Maintenance check!!! I received a call from Service Advisor Dixie Hamm saying my battery is so bad that it needs replacement, Replace Air Filter and get a Fuel injector (God knows what she meant but would cost me 100$ and would increase my Gas mileage). I was calm about it and told her to just replace the Air filter and took my car to Sams Club later in the afternoon. The battery test results came out perfect/exceeded expectations. I was in awe that they wanted to rip me off on the pretext of unnecessary items. I am really scared to go back as i have lost my trust in them. Have saved the copies of the service test results and would post them online. This is unacceptable from a Toyota dealer. More
Worst customer service EVER! Bought a brand new Camry from them on 2013 of not knowing how their after sale service, plus they are the ONLY Toyota dealer in town. Every time I had Bought a brand new Camry from them on 2013 of not knowing how their after sale service, plus they are the ONLY Toyota dealer in town. Every time I had my regular maint. scheduled and showed up there early in the morning when they open(I works 7 days a week). The girl at the service dept. are very impatient very time when ask her something which I don't mind that too much, cuz as long as they service my vehicle right. Heck, do I care of how they react towards me. Until last time I had my car taken to them for a regular maint., which I told the girl over phone that there seen to be something wrong with my Camry's front tires(not sure which one), but it's making squeaky noise when making turns....... For a new car(the car only 9k mileages on it). Guess what she told me? I don't see a notes here on the system stating you have such issue on your vehicle for this appointment. And asked me in a very impatient tone if I want to make another appointment for this issue? I was like are you KIDDING me? I came here early in the morning for you to telling me this, so I have to come back some other time AGAIN? Plus they don't reply to you complain either, that's what make them the worst customer service ever. Cuz they don't care More
We were travelling from Ny to NC in early April 2013 when we hit a freak snowstorm outside of Roanoke. We smashed our Highlander and couldn t drive it. It was late on a Friday night. We called Haley and they we hit a freak snowstorm outside of Roanoke. We smashed our Highlander and couldn t drive it. It was late on a Friday night. We called Haley and they told us where to have AAA bring the vehicle to their shop. Over the next few days they worked with us and our insurance company to get a settlement. We inquired if they would buy the car after it was fixed or buy it as is- They were indifferent so we sold them the car . They were able to work out everything with us over the phone and do the paperwork by mail and fed-ex as we had gone home. We had tried to buy a new hybrid from them as they were so wonderful, but they couldn t find a car with the specs we needed. I would like to single out Stanley for how well he treated us. We were so please with how we were treated. Very impressive. More

Since 2001, when I purchased my first Toyota Highlander from Haley, I've had nothing but good things to say. After being rearended and having my Highlander totaled a year after the purchase, I went back to from Haley, I've had nothing but good things to say. After being rearended and having my Highlander totaled a year after the purchase, I went back to Haley in search of another Highlander. Randy Austin found a brand new one. From the day I drove it off the lot until 214,000-plus miles later, I still find myself coming back to Haley for service. Pete, John, Patty, Lamonte and the rest of the service crew are nothing but nice, courteous, friendly and outgoing. I take a lot of grief from friends and family for having my car serviced at a dealership where they say typically the prices are higher, but I know that I can depend on them for keeping my Toyota in tip-top shape. Now I'm faced with the reality that my sweet little car won't last forever and wondering what I get next. Whatever I get, I want Haley to sell it to me and to keep my next favorite car serviced! More

SECONDLY.....WAS ASKED IF I WANTED TIRES ROTATED, I REPLIED I WANTED WHATEVER WAS REQUIRED AT 10,000 MILES. SHE RESPONDED SOME DO WANT THIS, SOME DO NOT. I DID NOT WANT TO PAY FOR SERVICE NOT NEEDED, DO NOT THINK HER RESPONSE WAS SUFFICIENT. THIRDLY.......I ASKED WHAT WAS PRICE FOR 5TH WHEEL SO MY SPARE COULD BE ROTATED IN WITH OTHER TIRES. WAS TOLD SOMEONE ELSE WOULD NEED TO PROVIDE ME WITH THAT INFO. WHEN I WAS READY TO LEAVE A MAN GAVE ME AN ASTRONOMICAL PRICE (THREE TIMES WHAT I WOULD PAY ELSEWHERE), THEN A LADY GAVE ME A BIT SMALLER PRICE. I AM STILL CONFUSED ABOUT THAT. AND, DID I HAVE OTHER ALTERNATIVES TO USING THIS TIRE? FOURTH......I HAVE COUPONS FROM MODERN TOYOTA FOR FREE SERVICE AND HALEY WILL NOT TAKE THEM....WONDER WHY I DID NOT GO THERE TO BUY MY CAR? More
