Kenneth, we could not complete the recall because your OEM springs were replaced with aftermarket springs and helper springs. We cannot complete recalls with non-OEM parts. We scheduled you for an appointment because our service advisor had no way of knowing you had aftermarket springs until our technician had inspected it. We understand this is frustrating and time consuming and we apologize for the inconvenience.

They are OEM springs with 2 lift springs as I told 3 people and even showed one of your techs to which he said it wouldn't be a problem. If it take you techs 6 hours to look at the springs then i would recommend getting new techs as I was a mechanic for 20 years. Blow smoke up someone else's tailpipe.
