Called and spoke with Wayne on Friday April 26, 2013 about a 2009 Ford F150 King Ranch listed in the paper for 26,999.Wayne looked over the trucks info and gave me the mileage which wasn't listed. My wife and I visited the dealership on Saturday April 27, inspected and test drove the vehicle. I was prepared to buy the vehicle and asked what the best price is they could do for me if I wrote them a check. Wayne stepped away and spoke to the manager on duty and brought a signed piece of paper with a bottom line price of $ 29,999. Which is $ 3,000 more than what was listed in the paper. I mentioned nothing of the paper because I didn't want to deal with anyone who was going to lie to me. I left and called the General Manager Brian Johnson on Monday. He said he would get right back to me and never did. Instead I got a call from Chris 6 hours later and he said that the newspaper made an error. Wow, for at least the last five days its been a error? Yeah right. Don't do and business with these people they are criminals. More

I took my 2007 car in for an inspection. I was told there was approximately $2,000 worth of work that needed to be done for my car to pass. Haley was even trying to "repair" a part that I did not have on this car and saying I couldn't pass inspection without it. I bought this car new from Haley Ford. When I bought it I was told I had free inspections for life. I had been very pleased with them until this point. It seems as though they give you free inspections for a few years, and then attempt to rip you off to cover the cost. Although I have been happy with the body shop and the sales department in the past, I will never do business, nor recommend, Haley Ford again. More

It has been 40 years since I purchased a brand new vehicle, everyone in sales was very friendly & knowledgeable with Ford products. I was offered a very fair price for my trade in and when they did no vehicle, everyone in sales was very friendly & knowledgeable with Ford products. It was time to replace my venerable Saturn Vue. Since GM shuttered Saturn I started looking to see what other brands had to offer. When I decided it was time to 'pull the trigger' on buying a new vehicle I visited a dealership for both. My visit to Haley Ford was very pleasant and a great buying experience. In fact the buying experience there was as close to the experience at Saturn which was one thing that I really liked about Saturn. Mr. Stein was very professional and friendly. After listening to which vehicle line was interested in, what my preferences were and what needs I had to satisify. (I am handicapped, so need specific options so my handcontrols will work.) He very quickly found some that met the criteria, so my only really 'difficult' choice was which color to choose. He also was very helpful in assiting me coordinate getting both my old and new vehicle to the shop where my handcontrols were transfered. The dealerships follow up after the purchase was great and the service department has been stellar when I have returned for my first maintenance visits. I will/would definitely returnt to Haley for future sevice and vehicle buying needs. It is refreshing to find a business these days that make you feel that you and your business are appreciated More
