This is easy. I was looking for 2011 Ford F-150 SVT Raptor and I couldn't find one in the greater NCR region of northern VA. When we called Chad he seemingly dropped what he was doing and began the sea Raptor and I couldn't find one in the greater NCR region of northern VA. He was outstanding and the truck is amazing. Nice job of customer service from guys who had nothing more than my word that I'd come down and buy the truck. More

Will was super-helpful and completely friendly. Never did business with them till this week. Jumped on their oil change special. They explained some other problems with my chevy. To start with I hate car shopping! When I bought my last car 4 years ago it was painful! A friend said I will go with you - it is more fun to shop for a car with someone. I thought she was a little nuts but I took her up on it and we set off to explore the 3 cars I had narrowed my internet search down to. Stop 1 was unbelievable - salesman wasn't interested in selling me a car. Stop 2 is still hounding me and when he couldn't convince me to buy a new car he had his boss call me. Stop 3 was Haley Ford. I was quite impress by Ben's friendly laid back manner. He wasn't lazy like the first guy - no, he didn't have the car I thought I wanted but he said give me 30 minutes and I'll go get it for you. Saturday night almost dinner time and I was willing to come back on Monday but no he went and got it. It was exactly what I wanted and I like it more each time I drive it. Everything about the transaction from that point on was professional and friendly......not painful at all. I couldn't be more pleased with the experience! I'm still finding it hard to believe after my other car shopping experiences! More
