I met Josh, the internet manager and he introduced me to Shady Ray, sales consultant. Shady was very professional and answered all my questions (and that of my family members). Excellent Experience Purchasing a New 2016 Chevy Tahoe LT I am a multiple time Chevy Tahoe owner and have enjoyed great experiences with that vehicle make and model over the years. As such, I knew exactly wh I am a multiple time Chevy Tahoe owner and have enjoyed great experiences with that vehicle make and model over the years. As such, I knew exactly what I wanted and was looking for a no hassle purchase that could happen in short order. I called the dealership after finding the exact model that I wanted by doing a simple search of the new vehicle inventory on their website. When I called and asked for sales, Danny Mastermaker answered and was helpful through the entire process. The vehicle that I saw online was already sold, but they found the EXACT SAME vehicle for me through their dealer exchange and I went in the next day to look at the model I wanted. At that point, I worked with Danny in about 15 minutes to secure the appropriate pricing and made a check deposit on the car. I also didn't know if I wanted to trade my old Tahoe and Johnny Junes gave me a quick estimate on my car, we talked for about 5 minutes, and I decided to go ahead and trade that vehicle to them as well. Danny told me that they would have the vehicle on site the next day for delivery. I asked Danny to please have all of the paperwork ready to go so that I could be in and out with my vehicle the next day in less than an hour. He promised that he would do so, which I've heard at other dealerships before and have been disappointed with the results. The next day, he called me at about noon letting me know that the vehicle would be in house by 5:30 pm and he would have it detailed and ready for delivery at 7 pm. When I arrived at 6:45 pm, he had delivered on the promise that he made and the vehicle was ready to go. Danny and the business manager also made the process incredibly simple even though GM's systems had not correctly transferred the vehicle to Haley Chevrolet from the other dealer through the exchange. I thought there was going to be an issue, but they figured out how to make it work through a manual process. They were able to still make it work and I was out of the dealership with my new Tahoe LT at 7:50 pm to pick up my daughter from her athletics practice at 8 pm. I must commend Danny Mastermaker and all of the management at Haley Chevrolet for making this a simple, no hassle purchase. I was very impressed that the management allowed Danny to do his job seamlessly with an eye towards making things simple and quick for me, the customer. Kudos to Haley Chevolet and to Danny! They made the process simple even though they ran into a bit of trouble with the system transferring the vehicle. It's easy to make things work for the customer when everything goes perfectly, but they were even able to make it a great experience with the slight hiccup in the transfer of the vehicle. In my eyes, that's true customer-centric service. More

Very positive experience. Excellent salesperson and dealer! I was greeted warmly by Kent Cole at the door who was very personable, listened well and had the car at the price I wanted. We test drove it to my home nearby and he (and the car) was also well received by my wife so things sped along after that. Everyone in the dealership made me feel welcome, from the manager, the finance guy Kevin, the guy who did the final car cleaning and put the license plate on. We made the numbers work in my favor and I drove home within 2 hours of walking on the lot! I had a few minor service issues to work through in the first week but that was handled satisfactorily. I'm looking forward to a positive relationship with the dealer in the years ahead. More
