Rich helped us to test drive a few different options from both Ford and Subaru as well, and in the end we settled on a lightly used 2020 Explorer XLT - so got more space while still staying exactly in our price range! The team was great and never pushed any crazy offers on us, didnt try to up-sell, and just had really helpful feedback on the different models and what worked best for our lifestyle. I was originally told the work on my truck would take 2. 5-3 hours. It took 6.5 hours. the service writer had no answers and was rude. At one point when I asked how much longer it would be, his answer was "w 5-3 hours. It took 6.5 hours. the service writer had no answers and was rude. I refuse to believe that it takes 6.5 hours to put on four new tires and change the front struts and rear shock absorbers. More
