The service manage, Victor, is friendly and courteous, I use their shuttle services to get back and forth to work, and often times Victor will give me a coupon that I forgot I had. I feel I can trust the service department at Haldeman Ford. I just purchased my second car from Haldeman and will be glad to continue with their service department. More

Purchased used car that needs new transmission I purchased a 2014 Mazda cx5 with 16k miles. Two days later I find an oil leak in my garage. I discovered oil grime on the under carriage and take o I purchased a 2014 Mazda cx5 with 16k miles. Two days later I find an oil leak in my garage. I discovered oil grime on the under carriage and take off the under carriage plastic to see a fresh oil drip at the transmission. The car is under Mazda warranty, I took it to a Mazda dealer. Due to the leak they are working to replace with a factory rebuilt transmission - warranty coverage to be determined. I called Sales Manager Sal Sarwar, he did not take responsibility for the problem. They should have known about the leak and had it repaired or the least disclosed the problem. I attempted to call Paul Haldeman, he did not take my calls or return a call. I went to see Paul personally, to request they take back the car and provide a refund. He said that would not happen. I have filed a complaint with Penna Attorney General Office and the Dealer License office Penna Department of State. More
