I got approved for a 2014 ford focus had it a week and was told by smitty I wasn't a hundred percent approved this was after I put a thousand down I g I got approved for a 2014 ford focus had it a week and was told by smitty I wasn't a hundred percent approved this was after I put a thousand down I got insurance on car so had to return car take insurance off it was so sad I had taking my old car back to dealer and smitty sits down to talk with me and guess he wasn't man enough to realize he messed up and gets up and tells me I'm not gonna sit here and argue with you he was red I'm the face and all because he did completely wrong to my wife and kids and could careless they didn't even try to help me after the fact please make sure your 100 percent approved before you pull off the carlot this happen to my sister 2 years ago also and others look online you won't find a bad review on Hagerstown ford site but Google and all you will because they can't delete them ones. More
