Very Nice and Friendly Service I walked into Hagerstown Ford not knowing what kind of car I wanted, but Tim Cobb met me in the parking lot, asked what he could help me with, I told I walked into Hagerstown Ford not knowing what kind of car I wanted, but Tim Cobb met me in the parking lot, asked what he could help me with, I told him what I would like and he was able to help me get a idea of what I wanted. I had gone to another dealership and was not pleased with the service I received. I never once felt at Hagerstown Ford that they were trying to just get a sale but that they were trying to find the best car for my needs and budget. They were extremely friendly and knowledgeable about the cars they are selling.
