First and Best experience! This was my first car buying experience at age 18. Well my dad bought it but it was great! We came on New Years Eve looking for a car and couldn't fin This was my first car buying experience at age 18. Well my dad bought it but it was great! We came on New Years Eve looking for a car and couldn't find the right one. Mike Reid who helped us said don't worry we will find you the right car, and he was right! Within three days he had found a car and within four days I left with one! I went from nothing to perfect. Mr. Reid did a fantastic job. The car was owned previously, so they had to detail it which they got on it right away and I got to pick it up. I am very satisfied and couldn't thank Mr. Reid enough for keeping an eye out for me and found the car I was looking for. More

Purchasing a new truck I first called the dealership the day before to ask about the trucks. I talked to Mike Reid. After having a truck literally sold out from under me at another Ford dealer I decided to reach out to an old contact at Hagerstown Ford. In 2001 I purchased an F-350 dually and was pleased with the service. I had been in contact with Mike Reid, manager of commercial sales, and had checked out a couple pre-owns that didn't fit the bill. Finally, I decided to take a look at some new models and Mike put together a deal on a new F-350 dump truck that suited my needs. The pricing allowed me to opt for 4 wd, an option out of reach elsewhere, and he made the buying process smooth. There was absolutely no pressure. When I would moan out loud about the cost, associated costs, etc,. Mike would calmly answer questions and gave me time to sort things out for myself. The decision process tool about two days and he patiently waited for me to make up my mind. Mike Reid is now my go to guy for Ford trucks. More
