Not impressed I would definitely not return to Hagen Ford. The second one was out for the weekend so we decided that we were not able to wait. We had driven quite a ways to get one so we were going to go with the one at Hagen. That's where things go to the unbelievable side in my opinion. I worked in the business many years ago at a place that I don't find all that reputable anymore in my opinion. However, what comes next is something that the place that I worked at wouldn't have even done. So the Dodge Grand Caravan is pretty well known for the Stow-N-Go feature of the back seats. Before 100% committing to this vehicle (we told the salesman we were going to buy it, but we wanted to check all the features closely before signing paperwork and taking it home) we discovered that one of the second row seats doesn't "Stow-N-Go" properly. The strap that you pull to make the seat pop forward doesn't work. He said they could probably knock $100 off the price (of this $14,000+ vehicle) for us. We said we'd much rather they just fix this issue for us...it's a 2017 vehicle and one of the key selling points doesn't work properly. He said no...he said that the sales manager wants to just sell it like it is and they aren't willing to fix it. I can't believe that a dealership would do this. In this day and age of social media and review sites (like this great one here), it seems like they wouldn't want to put it out in the world that they'd rather sell a car that has something wrong with it than make it right. If they'll do this with this 2017 Grand Caravan, I'm sure they'd do it with anything. If we hadn't found out about the problem, they would have happily sold it without informing us. I will not be back, and I'd suggest you find somewhere else to buy a vehicle in this day and age that finding the car that you want is pretty easy to do. More
Not Impressed by Deceptive Sales Tactics Stopped in to drive a used vehicle they had on the lot. Salesmen was very quick to help and get the keys so we could drive it. Opened the doors and it smelled like wet dog, decided to drive it anyway and found numerous issues with the vehicle. Broken door lock buttons, HVAC system that would randomly squeal not to mention that the van was still dirty in easy to access places. We returned back to dealership very quickly, not wanting to pursue the van. We were assured that all problems would be addresses as soon the service dept opened on Monday. If they could fix all the issues would we be interested? It should have been a tip off to me when he was very pushy about taking a low ball offer to his "sales manager" dependent on all items being fixed, the vehicle cleaned better and the wet dog smell removed. Shocker, the "Sales Manager" couldn't quite go that low... We left, with them telling us they would call us when all issues were sorted out so we could discuss it. I never heard from them again, but the sales guy did pad his numbers for the month by taking an offer to his sales manager. In the end we found a much nicer van, with less miles, more options and newer for only a few hundred dollars more at a dealership 15 minutes west. More

I told them I want to spend about the same as last time. They came back with a possible payment that was nearly double my last lease payment. What a joke. I will not lease my next vehicle from these, "money hungry," salesman. Very disappointed! More
Dishonest I was preapproved for a loan through my bank. I purchased a truck at Hagen Ford. I told them I was going to go get the check from my bank. They said they could do all paperwork at Hagen Ford. I told them the bank was just down the road and they already ran my credit report so I would just go get the check from them. They promised they would not run another credit report because I just had it done at my bank. They lied to me and did another hard inquiry. My credit score is perfect and I didn't want it effected. Now I have two hard inquiries on my credit report for one day!!! I will be needing to purchase a new car pretty soon and I will definitely not purchase it here!!! More
Very good dealership - wouldn't go anywhere else. Very helpful in service department in doing my oil change and giving me a review of different tires .
