I love my new Forester I came into Haddad's because of a call from them saying that they had a buyer for my 2011 Forester if I was interested in selling it. I did not think I came into Haddad's because of a call from them saying that they had a buyer for my 2011 Forester if I was interested in selling it. I did not think this was anything more than a sales ploy but have been wanting to upgrade my own fForester for several years. Had I come in three years ago, I could have purchased a new Forester, however, having waited three more years I did not have the equity needed to buy, but because of the genuineness and care of George Kelley in walking me through the ins and outs of leasing, I was able to make a wonderfully affordable deal for a three year lease for a new Forester. Georgeis a great asset to Haddad's. More

Check out what you buy! Went in under the assumption that a 2014 Forrester with 34,970 miles would be road ready and checked over before purchasing for $21,000.00. Staff was very helpful and nice and assured me that car was all set. Just over 4 months later and less than 3,000 miles later the rear brakes were metal to metal. Returned to dealership to have it checked and was told that rear pads and rotors needed to be replaced. Staff was helpful and immediately offered to repair then if I paid half the cost of $162.48.. Having been a Subaru technician and in the car business for over 30years I felt that this car was not thoroughly inspected before delivery. I was disappointed that I had to pay any amount for repairs. Would not recommend buying a used car from this dealership. More
Great Experience We recently bought a 2017 Subaru Outback at Haddad. We initially met with Danielle and she was very informative and answered all of our questions. We discussed price and then left and test drove some other vehicles. She followed up with a phone call and E-mail and we in turn gave her some conditions we wanted before purchasing. When we returned to buy the car she was out of the office. So, Josh, Seth and Mitch all helped us. They were all helpful and addressed all of our concerns. Mitch helped explain the entire purchasing process and what our options were and Josh and Seth were extremely knowledgeable about the car. We were there quite a while and we did not feel rushed or ignored. It was very busy in the showroom. When our vehicle was available they contacted us right away. When we went to Pick it up Seth took me out for a test drive and explained and demonstrated all of the cars features. He said to stop in any time with any questions or concerns we may have and any one would be glad to help. And I will probably do so. Everyone else was very friendly as well and all of them asked if we needed any help every time we were there. Thanks again to Danielle, Josh, Seth and Mitch... More

Execellent Experience with an Honest Dealership I live in California. I was leasing a car for my son at UMass. It was important for me to comparison shop and accomplish as much as possible before I I live in California. I was leasing a car for my son at UMass. It was important for me to comparison shop and accomplish as much as possible before I made my cross country trip. I had never leased a car before. Most of my correspondence was with Alanah McClear, the internet coordinator, and Josh Gamache, a sales manager. They were both very professional and patient with me while I asked many questions about leases and what needed to be done to make the deal go smoothly when we arrived. Haddad offered the lowest lease price. Other dealerships I spoke with cautioned that they may be leaving out some hidden costs such as registration, taxes, title, delivery and acquisition fees in order to get me to the dealership. Both Alanah and Josh reassured me that all fees were included, and that the lease price discussed would be honored. When we arrived we were met with a friendly greeting. Alanah and Josh were honest and true to their word. The lease price was exactly as we had been quoted. A salesperson (I think Ian) reviewed the car features and accessories with my son. The team also worked with us and our insurance company to compete the registration near the end of their day so we could take possession of the car. This was important because we drove over a hour from UMass and did not want to have to repeat the trip. I would highly recommend Haddad Subaru. They are professional, friendly and honest. I want to give special thanks to Alanah and Josh who worked hard (sometimes over the weekend) to earn our business. Thanks, Glenn PS And of course my son is very happy with his first car! More

Two people were helpful, out of at least 6 we dealt with. One helpful person found the car we wanted at a different dealer and arranged for Haddad to get it for us, and she also gave me an excellent e-price. The other good person was our salesman, who was totally new -- we were his first customer -- and worked hard to help us through the process. Everyone else, including the sales managers, showed lack of attention and lack of interest in us or our experience. The sales people and sales managers made stupid mistakes and didn't know how their own procedures worked. They didn't look at our record to see what info was in it, and they didn't put new info into our record. They would promise to take care of a problem and then call us, but then would do neither. And we have tried to talk to management about our complaints, with no success yet. Even though we had test driven a similar car a week before we went in to buy ours, and had done some advance work on the paperwork, we were at the dealer for 3 hours. It was excruciating. After we settled on the price, an insurance company rep tried to sell us car insurance, even though we have a policy we are happy with. And then the finance guy did a hard sell trying to get us to buy extended warranty. His pitch was that the electronics in the car are likely to fail after 3 years. Really??!!?? The staff around us were low-energy and totally isolated from one another -- there was no sense of camaraderie or joy. The legendary Subaru love was totally lacking. We will never go there again, not for service or anything else. More
