It is always a huge pain dealing with this dealership. I would do absolutely everything possible before bringing my car here. No daily updates and if you call yourself, they defer telling you any information about your car until 4:45pm. Not to mention how expensive everything is, it feels like it’s a 300% mark up than anywhere else. $189 diagnostic fee, $33 gas cap, almost $400 for a Kia battery. I dread every recall notice I get.
