I have just come from Haddad Hyundai for a State inspection. ONCE AGAIN it was not do-able due to the internet being down. NOT the first time and it has happened over a period of years. The service department is amazing! Everytime you go in the person who was helping you is gone and it's even more time cause have to go over everything again of what you want. Never use Hyundai finance they're ridiculous. I leased a car in May and it's now December and I'm still waiting for my abatement from my excise tax. Everytime you call you get the run around and it's ridiculous. Call the store manager and he does nothing at all. I have been leasing hyundais now for several years and although I love the brand and vehicles. I think when my lease is up this time I'm going somewhere else. They certainly don't care about their customers especially the ones who lease and come back every few years. Like I said though the service department is amazing and knowledgeable. They always are so very helpful. More
Bought a 2021 Honda CRV from Haddad Hyundai. only 21000 mile. two weeks into it. having issues. Modern cars feature stop-start technology to save on gas. worked fine now it's read not available even when driving a distance. under warranty was told to bring it to Honda so it would save us a bunch of money because they would have to put it on a diagnostic machine and charge us. Told them we just paid over 30.000 for the vehicle and you won't check it out. Fine they said they'll do it. received a call from a lady who said they could not find problem because it would not show up.and was told the mechanic said it could be do to air temperature in the car or seat belt not locking in. I called back and spoke with guy said Todd a service manager. now he tells me it came on when he first started driving it then stopped showing up. also the same thing the lady said. he read it in the book. asked if they put it on the machine said no all it would show is number and they don't know what the number means. said you'd look the number up and beside why would you be trying to charge us for that service if you're not doing it. said lady made a mistake. and if we like to just bring it to a Honda dealer see if they can find the problem. So with that said beware of buying any vehicle from Haddad Hyundai this is ongoing. You'll be cheated and charged for things they don't do. This happened a few years back and also found out they charge for things never done paid for synthetic oil change they put semi was told by the person doing it. then made them correct the price. To inform people Beware. will post the same thing on Facebook and twitter and the voice of Adams. and keep it sharing We will bring it to a Honda shop. They might remove this post. More

When I went in to sign the paperwork, there were no surprises and things went smoothly. After this, the salesman I was working with left the firm. This caused communication issues and delays. However, the GM took over and made sure my car got delivered as soon as possible. More
I made an appointment for an inspection sticker and oil change on 9/23/22 and told them I was going away, and they would have my Santa Fe for a week. I informed Anthony in the service department that the "Check Engine" light was on and needed to be fixed. My appointment was for Monday, 9/26. When I returned on 9/30 nothing had been done save an oil change. It was the last day for a legal sticker and after some discussion, a REJECT sticker was attached. That was at my insistence to be sure the dealership would have to respond. They told me that the ABS and Traction control warning lights were on and had been fixed. I drove less than one mile and all the lights came back on. I returned to the dealership and after some discussion I was given a loaner car so that they could work on the car. I called the dealership on 10/05 to inquire as to the status. I was told the car would be ready in a "couple of days". I had no word until the following week on 10/12 with a laundry list of things to be replaced and learned parts had not been even ordered. I had a rather heated discussion with Tim, the service manager, about the veracity of the service department. I was told the parts would be ordered and the work done ASAP. A week later on 10/20 I was called with word that the car was "all set". When I arrived, the car still did not have an inspection sticker. I was told to drive 100 miles & return for the inspection. I did that and the sticker was put on the car. When I had driven 10.2 miles the warning lights came on for the ABS and Traction control features. They come on at random intervals. In March I spent $2800 at this dealership for various repairs including the "Check engine" light problem. This time the cost was $3100 and the only thing that was fixed was the check engine light. The ABS and Traction control continued to come on at random intervals. They had my car for FOUR WEEKS and didn't fix it. I am currently in discussion with my attorney to see what I do next. I will NEVER, EVER deal with HADDAD dealerships again. I recently went out of state to purchase a new vehicle rather than deal with these dealerships. Caveat emptor More

I purchased a vehicle for the seventh time in the past 10 years from Haddad in Pittsfield Massachusetts. I have had the worst experience in the past 11 years. I have had people telling me that I don't know w years from Haddad in Pittsfield Massachusetts. I have had the worst experience in the past 11 years. I have had people telling me that I don't know what I'm talking about I've had lemons and they've told me it's too bad that's the way it is. Nobody wants to ever show me things that are going on just tell me things are done. I have spent way too much money I could have had a brand new home paid for I could have had a new car paid for in the past 11 years if I had known that the games that they play have been absolutely unnecessary. It's sad to see people running a business that use people and are very condescending and down right nasty. I have had a recent experience where the woman that sold me the car turns her back to me every time she sees me and she has been discussing me behind my back including the sales manager as well. Mr Haddad has the worst company and this will be the very last time I ever buy a car from them and when I win the lottery I will going hand them money and tell them to go find a better job pay off my car and mow my bills and buy the car of my choice outright but that's the type of person I am I'm always willing to help and be nice and caring everybody I have dealt with has just been absolutely overboard on showing me how awful of a person I am. I hope in the future people don't ever have to deal with what I had to deal with they also lied to me about the price of the car what they gave me for my car they also lied about what was totally do they told me four times with the different amount was and I finally figured it out and it's just absolutely awful. I also have multiple problems with this car that they say it's in my head I've brought the car in they said it's all in my head and there's nothing wrong with the car well from this point on I will deal with what I have to deal with with the car make my payments on time and hope that I can send a message to people that will understand what I've gone through because I've been crying at times I've been very frustrated I'm a healthcare worker and I work tremendously awful hours. they told me they don't care about healthcare workers they don't like me they already told me to my face they don't like me they told me to bother other people instead of them and that they're only out to sell cars and make money they don't care about people good luck in the future with buying a car from any had a dealer.
