From making the appointment, dropping off my vehicle, taking the complimentary shuttle to work, and getting picked up at MY convenience made this a seamless service appointment. It is good to have a place that you can trust and know that you will be treated fairly. Nate answered any questions that I had about future service needs. For any of my recent service appointments, the entire team in the service department has always been pleasant, informative, and would get me any information that I requested. Thank You. I purchased my Elantra in July of 2011 and was satisfied with the car until winter arrived with slippery, snowy roads which to my dismay, I was unable to navigate safely or with any confidence with alot of with the car until winter arrived with slippery, snowy roads which to my dismay, I was unable to navigate safely or with any confidence with alot of slipping & sliding, fishtailing & tires spinning when trying to pull out on bad roads. I contacted Hyundai service with which I felt was a legitimate complaint about the quality of the tires but was just told that they recommended buy snow tires which I have never had to do with good all season tires and certainly didn't feel it was a good investment to invest in snow tires on a leased vehicle nor could I afford the expense. I got through that winter ok because it was so mild but last winter wasn't so kind and I found myself on many occasions opting not to drive, asking for rides from family & friends & even taking the bus to work. So, this year I decided I wanted more from my vehicle, that it should perform much better than it had and that at the very least, the dealership should replace these low profile tires for something safer and sturdier for a good price but again was basically told that the tires were fine that I just needed to "get snow tires for winter which is what most people do". I contacted Haddad via internet message and Adam responded within a few hours, I told him my dilemma and he said he would like to help. I went in to talk to a salesperson about the GT model which had sturdier tires & better clearance but when the salesmanager, Bill worked the #'s, it wasn't anywhere near what I could afford for a monthly payment. Adam called me the day after to ask about my experience and I told him that they couldn't come close to the monthly payment I needed and he apologized and asked me to come back to talk to Justin Casey the GM & that he wanted to help me and would definitely make sure I got the best deal he could offer. After a couple of weeks of Adam keeping in touch and encouraging me to come in again, I did come in (11/29) and Justin introduced to Ian Caruso who was the nicest, sweetest salesperson I've ever dealt with. He was totally sincere & so respectful which is not typical with salespeople. To cut to the chase, the #'s this time were actually higher than the first time I was there so of course, I said thank you for this time & left. I wish I hadn't wasted my time on a Friday afternoon but the only good thing was that I met Ian and wanted to make sure that Justin & the Haddad Hyundai senior leadership know what a great person they have working for them. I wish I could have given you my business Ian just for the sake of giving you a sale but of course that wasn't possible but again, thank you for such a pleasant experience you provided. Went to Hyundai Haddad with the hopes of getting into a new Elantra Limited. After test driving the car I was sold, unfortunately due to my carry over from my trade it, it ended up being out of my price ra new Elantra Limited. He showed me a 2011 Elantra Limited which was immaculate. If it wasn't for the 23k miles on it I would of thought it was brand new. Eli was extremely knowledgeable, and took my needs and desires and placed me with the perfect car. Between him and Brian I can honestly say it was the best experience I have had at a car dealership. I walked in with hesitation due to past experiences and left with a new found faith and respect for car salesmen. I will guarantee I will return in the future to get another car, even if its not a Hyundai. Thanks Eli. More
I came in for regular service (oil change, tire rotation, etc.) plus a full check on my drive-train components (nearing end of warranty). Everything was terrific except for the high prices (even when they gave me a "discount", it came to almost $1,000). More

Like most people, I'm not crazy about the whole car buying process, but Eli at Haddad Hyundai was great. He was very courteous and worked really hard to get me locate the car I wanted (base Elantra GT buying process, but Eli at Haddad Hyundai was great. He was very courteous and worked really hard to get me locate the car I wanted (base Elantra GT) and didn't try to up sell me a model I wasn't interested in. To be honest, the GT wasn't at the top of my initial list; I only test drove it out of due diligence. But Eli helped me realize what a competitive model it is without being pushy and the price they gave blew the comparable Mazda 3 and Subaru Impreza out of the water. Again, the guy works really hard, give him a shot. More
