Quality service all the way around I had contacted a few other KIA dealers in the metro area before driving by the KIA dealer on Manchester Road. I owned a nice Honda Civic, but was lo I had contacted a few other KIA dealers in the metro area before driving by the KIA dealer on Manchester Road. I owned a nice Honda Civic, but was looking for even better gas mileage via a hybrid. I was introduced to the KIA Niro. I met Nick O. at the dealership and he rode with me for the test drive of the Niro on the lot. After the drive, I noticed another Niro on the sales floor. It was a "Plug-in" hybrid, so it offered a very high MPG rating. After talking with Nick about a deal that included the trade-in, I left it in their hands and left for the evening. I received a call the next day from one of the managers offering a good trade-in value for my loaded Civic. I went back to the dealership that evening and completed the deal. Nick provided excellent follow-up service and was a pleasure to work with. I was impressed with each of the employees that I worked with, including the Finance and Management personnel. I have been averaging over 60 MPG with the KIA Niro plug-in Hybrid vehicle I purchased from HW KIA for nearly a year. In addition, the service department has provided high quality service with a friendly attitude while I have taken the car in for the included maintenance. I purchased the Auto Butler detailing service as well, and the staff completing this work has done an amazing job of keeping my 19' KIA looking sharp. Thanks to the staff of HW KIA for their professionalism and enthusiasm towards me as a customer they have kept very satisfied. More

Misleading by sales person A year ago I bought a used car, an Audi convertible.. I was lied to.. * The first lie was when I was told the car was a 2012 (it was a 2010) and i A year ago I bought a used car, an Audi convertible.. I was lied to.. * The first lie was when I was told the car was a 2012 (it was a 2010) and it used regular gas (it used premium). By the time I was signing the paperwork, it was too late to back out. Did I negotiate an advantageous deal? Because of the lie, I believe I over paid for the car. * I noticed a problem with the convertible top and was told that was just the way it was made. I found out a month later that it was leaking water between the top and the liner and that the back window was coming away from the top. It cost me $5300 to replace. I went to the dealer and never heard from the owner, I was hoping they would at least apologize for the issue. I dealt with this dealership (it was Suntrup Kia at the time) for 6 wonderful years which is why I trusted them to buy another car even though ownership had changed. It never occurred to me, I would be lied and mislead. I would NEVER recommend them, More
