Worse dealership I have ever dealt with, with all the technology we have today. They attempt to use it but fail miserably. I contacted them (Sat. Dec 15,) through the internet to confirm they had the car. They quickly responded to schedule a test drive. I responded and scheduled a drive on Thursday Dec19. At which time I informed HGreg that I would be driving 3.5 hrs. to get there. They contacted me twice more to confirm that I would make the Thursday schedule. Every time I confirmed that I would be there. On Thursday I had to inform them that things had changed, and an emergency came up that would not allow me to keep the schedule. They asked to reschedule, which we did for Saturday Dec 22. We scheduled for 10:30 AM and let them know that we would be traveling from Dallas to Houston, traffic caused us to run 30 minutes late. On our drive we asked HGreg to have the car ready for us to view as soon as we arrived. This was an effort from our side to speed the process. They told us that they would only move the car when we arrived. We arrived at 11 AM, I let them know we had an appointment and gave them out name. Turns out I didn't have an appointment, all my conversation we with the mother location in Florida. They didn't know I was arriving and had to look on the computer to locate the car I just drove 3.5 hrs. to see. The salesman starts his spill telling me how the dealership started and the reason for the no haggle pricing. Problem is I don't care; I know the price and just want to see the car. After 15 minutes, they come to me and tell me the car isn't on the lot. It's at the BMW dealer being repaired. I drove 3.5 hrs. and was never told that the car wasn't available to see much lest purchase. They told me I could come back when it was ready. I asked them if they were crazy? They were offended, but I lost a days' time to see this car and they thought nothing of it. Other that I'm sorry, but that doesn't fix the problem. I ended up driving down the road and purchasing a car from the Gensis dealership. They gave me priority and took care of me, and even having a no haggle price they dropped the vehicle $1000. Now that is service, they didn't waste my time. I let HGreg know that I had purchased cars from no haggle pricing, I had purchased from Savvy before, and they were 100 times better than HGreg. The cars were in much better condition clean and not hot glued together. More

Upon inspection, I discovered that the vehicle had been involved in three accidents, which raised serious concerns for me regarding its condition and value. When I brought this issue to the salesperson's attention, I was dismissed and told the manager would be consulted. However, when the manager approached me, he rudely asked me to leave the store instead of addressing my concerns. I found this level of customer service completely unacceptable. It’s important for customers to feel heard and respected, especially when making significant purchases like a vehicle. I would advise potential buyers to proceed with caution and consider other dealerships that value their customers' inquiries and concerns. More
We bought a truck. The truck had a check engine light on. They said they would fix it. We took it back and left it. We came back to pick It up they said they fixed it. We have called so many times and they never return our call. We are going to take it back up there and give them the keys. Just interested in selling you a car with all the warranties l, but they don’t want to fix anything. DONT BUY FROM THEM UNLESS YOU WANT TO GET CHEATED AND END UP A TRUCK THAT IS A PIECE OF JUNK. it is a shame we are paying for a truck that just sits in the driveway. Purchased vehicle March 24. STILL WAITING for title and tag. Have had to renew temp tag and if tag does not arrive today will have to again.
