When I brought this issue to the salesperson's attention, I was dismissed and told the manager would be consulted. However, when the manager approached me, he rudely asked me to leave the store instead of addressing my concerns. I found this level of customer service completely unacceptable. It’s important for customers to feel heard and respected, especially when making significant purchases like a vehicle.
