TERRIBLE DEALER, they offer one price one the web adding 25% more when you actually purchasing it

Worse place to purchase a car. I bought a car for my 16 year granddaughter. Purchased the car on a Saturday. Monday morning the car was making a clicking noise. I was so disappointed that my granddaughter was not able to drive her car. I went and had an auto exam to done on the car they discovered that the control arms were bad and a bad tire and other engine issues. I called told me to bring the car back in. I took the back they hand the car week and didn’t not fix any of the problems that were noted. I ask so what was fixed I was told all the issues on the exam report was done (that was a lie) I ask for a copy of the work order they told me they could not give me a report. Stay away!! Beware!! Purchased a car and paid 9k and after buying a new transmission 1 week after buying car, the total went to 18k!!! Dealership accepted no responsibility! The car fax i was shown did not show the car was wrecked. The car taillight was wired to the transmission!!! Nissan rep had to come to the certified mechanic shop to diagnose my car!!

AVOID THIS DEALERSHIP AT ALL COSTS ESPECIALLY IF YOU’RE A WORKING CLASS, TRYING TO STAY AFLOAT AND EXPECT HONESTY FROM PEOPLE YOU WANT TO DO BUSINESS WITH. I bought a car from HGreg Houston on May 28, 2025, and by early July, the car broke down with a “Powertrain malfunction”. No warning, no help, no support this dealer. Car literally stop in the middle of the road and I was left high and dry, and when I tow the car back to there office for help, their attitude was “there’s nothing we can do for you” Let’s talk about the “as-is” game they play🤦‍♀️ They showed me a Carfax report that looks clean but when I took the car to a certified dealership, I found out it had multiple open safety recalls. HGreg either didn’t bother to check or intentionally failed to disclose this before selling me the car. Either way, that’s negligent at best and deceptive at worst. Today (7/22/25) I uncomfortably had to wait at their office to get a towing service to get this car to another place, the manager or supervisor whosoever GOD knows what he is 😶storms up to the front desk, LITERALLY BARKS AT THE TOW TRUCK DRIVER to move the tow vehicle away, He said it like someone trying to rid of a bad apple, completely ignores me, and walks away like I’m trash they don’t want others to see and off their property. (For context: Not one time did I cause any commotion to warrant such behavior from the manager, they called me yesterday and I came today to pick it up and sat quietly, waiting for the towing truck to get there) No offer of rental. No attempt to fix the issue. No compassion, no accountability. I was literally standing inside the same dealership where I bought the car just weeks earlier 🤦‍♀️now being treated like a nuisance just because I wasn’t smiling and handing over money this time. Funny how I had just gotten the license plate few days ago from this same office. If you’re reading this, PLEASE don’t be fooled by the handshake, the manager coming to ask you how the salesperson is doing so far 😐 like the always do (I literally watched people go through the same process they did with me), please don’t fall for the pretty carfax they show you. This whole experience has left me drained, in debt, on the verge of losing my job because I don’t have any means of transportation but worst of all, feeling completely disrespected and disregarded. I’ll never recommend HGreg Houston to anyone. And I’ll never forget how they handled this. Ever. PLEASE RUN AWAY FROM THIS PLACE.

Do not buy a car from here. I purchased a car 3 days ago and it won’t even start now. Saying it’s having Drivetrain malfunctions. What a rip off!

Don’t buy here. They are liars. They were supposed to fix the check engine light. We took it back they said they fixed it. We got 10 miles down the road and it came on again. We took it back they said they fixed it and again the light came on. We have called them numerous times, left messages and no call backs. This has been going on for a year. Now we can’t get it inspected because the light is still on. My husband finally talked to someone today and they said it has been too long it is too late. Well guess what we are taking the xxx up there tomorrow and they can have it back. DONT BUT FROM THESE LIARS
