Good afternoon, I recently purchased a 2021 Electric Hyundai Kona at the West Palm beach location. The purchase process took over 5 hours and after finally receiving the vehicle, they guaranteed us the Hyundai Kona at the West Palm beach location. The purchase process took over 5 hours and after finally receiving the vehicle, they guaranteed us the car had been thoroughly inspected. The car only came with the emergency charger and when I inquired the service manager about it he said he didn’t know what to tell me. Within 4 days of driving it the car had issues with it’s electric system and stopped working. It took 2 days for the service managers to get in contact with me and 3 days for the car to get towed. They ordered a replacement battery and had guaranteed me the new battery would arrive by today (Friday 9/1) and I just received a call that the ETA is now moved to Tuesday (9/4) I understood the company doesn’t do lender cars so they told me they would send me a check to cover Uber costs considering I paid for transportation I wasn’t being able to use-which still has not been delivered to me- and I now have to go another week without a vehicle I purchased. Overall the service has been utterly horrible and I have not received proper compensation or help for my situation. More

Happy with our purchase, and the finance manager (Mo) was great. I get the feeling that all the “salespeople” do here are greet, test drive , and have you sign initial disclosures. Because our guy was awful when it came to listening, advising. I asked to have the car cleaned before pickup, all that was done was a hose off. Asked for the dealer badge to be removed, just ripped it off and left it broken in the lot. Put on the plate, took off the dealer frame and paper tag and threw it on my wife’s trunk. Where do you get these guys, or the commission you pay only attracts this level service. Again I’d rather have only dealt with the finance manager…he was 4.5 star. Salesman was .5 star.
