Don't buy a car from HGreg. You can only exchange the car no returns So if you're unhappy your are screwed! I purchased a convertible. I test drove it with the top down. Once I'm on the way home the car had a terrible smell like mildew. I hate this car and now I'm stuck. They had nothing else I was interested in buying. Dont buy cars from here. They don't care if you're unhappy. Go someplace that has a return policy in place. I will tell all of my friends and family to never purchase from Hgreg. More

Good afternoon, I recently purchased a 2021 Electric Hyundai Kona at the West Palm beach location. The purchase process took over 5 hours and after finally receiving the vehicle, they guaranteed us the Hyundai Kona at the West Palm beach location. The purchase process took over 5 hours and after finally receiving the vehicle, they guaranteed us the car had been thoroughly inspected. The car only came with the emergency charger and when I inquired the service manager about it he said he didn’t know what to tell me. Within 4 days of driving it the car had issues with it’s electric system and stopped working. It took 2 days for the service managers to get in contact with me and 3 days for the car to get towed. They ordered a replacement battery and had guaranteed me the new battery would arrive by today (Friday 9/1) and I just received a call that the ETA is now moved to Tuesday (9/4) I understood the company doesn’t do lender cars so they told me they would send me a check to cover Uber costs considering I paid for transportation I wasn’t being able to use-which still has not been delivered to me- and I now have to go another week without a vehicle I purchased. Overall the service has been utterly horrible and I have not received proper compensation or help for my situation. More
