These people are all clowns....they have no idea what they are doing. took 4 hours to complete my sale once I agreed to buy this car...and ONLY late in day..informed me that they dont accpet personal checks... had to then call my bank ...late ..and arrange a very half xxx wire to your bank...and come to find out this AM from my bank..that wire was refused do to incomplete information .. and specfically ...NO final credit account number ever give to me !.. your finnancing guy ..a nice guy...is a complete idiot ! He never told me my wire info was incomplete...he reviwed my form....before I sent it to my bank... he said it looked Good. ARE YOU SERIOUS ? YOU DONT TAKE PERSONAL CHECKS...BUT CANT FIND ONE COMPETENT PERSON IN THAT ENTIRE MIAMI OFFICE WHO KNOWS HOW TO DO A PROPER WIRE TRANSFER OR EVEN WHAT YOUR BANK Account number is ?? Cant say I will ever recommend or use you guys EVER again to buy another car. This was shameful ! More

He asked us a few questions about what we were looking for. He preceded to show us different makes and models in our price range. He took us inside to see more cars online. We found a good amount. Some were at a different location. He took us there and let us look at everything. We finished after closing time. We wound up leaving without buying but we will be back. I'm going to be sure to call Miguel before going back. Excellent customer service. Great selections for cars too. More
