I worked with Chad Gehr on my purchase. I came in to look at a used model and he upsold me to a brand new 2023 model, same car, just newer with 40k less miles and $2k more, no brainer. I've never had a car salesman use logic to sell a vehicle, usually I've just had them talk at a high level about the detail and use pressure sales to get me to buy. Chad talked about advantages and disadvantages to different purchase strategies and was there to help me find a solution to my car needs and not make a sale. Chad sat me down and showed me every feature and how it's used. He also understand reasoning behind the features offered. All in all, Chad crushed it and I will come back to him next time I need a new Honda. More

Alan is always fantastic to work with -- very professional, courteous, and cares about my needs. Brian has very competitive trade-in values and sales pricing yet there is NO pressure. Also no pressure in the Finance office either. I have had only amazing experiences with Gustman Honda's service department. I haven't needed much service besides preventive maintenance (thanks Honda reliability), but Scott and team are always prompt, do awesome work, and take great care of the car. It's so refreshing to work with a family-owned business with people that have so many years of experience and genuinely care for you like family. More
