After we got our new Honda HR-V home we noticed a blemish on a door. It looked like it was in the paint but turned out to be a dimple due to damage. He rubbed some stuff on it and the discoloration disappeared (there is still a tiny dimple). They didn't charge us anything and handled it very quickly. More

Disappointing. Vehicle was advertised for 2 weeks but with no pictures or requisite information. I worked with Chad Gehr on my purchase. I came in to look at a used model and he upsold me to a brand new 2023 model, same car, just newer with 40k less miles and $2k more, no brainer. I've never had a car salesman use logic to sell a vehicle, usually I've just had them talk at a high level about the detail and use pressure sales to get me to buy. Chad talked about advantages and disadvantages to different purchase strategies and was there to help me find a solution to my car needs and not make a sale. Chad sat me down and showed me every feature and how it's used. He also understand reasoning behind the features offered. All in all, Chad crushed it and I will come back to him next time I need a new Honda. More
