I thought I purchased a great vehicle from Guru until my 55 mile journey home to find the radiator was bad. I called them immediately and was told it is NOT COVERED under their 90 dat warranty. I went in to this dealer to finance a second car for myself. After visiting various establishments, no other dealer was able to get me financed at a decent rate being that I already had an open loan. The sales and finance staff was very helpful, professional and was able to get me into a great car. I test drove about 5 cars and the finance team worked on getting me loan for one of the choices I liked. I was able to get a loan with a payment I was comfortable with, a great interest rate(considering the circumstances) and a great car too-2010 Toyota Corolla LE. The car is in mint condition and doesn't even look like a used car. Overall my experience was amazing with Guru Auto World, they were able to find a me a car I liked, with a payment I could afford, while making the entire process easy and convenient as possible. Guru Auto World is the place you want to go if you are in need of a quality used car, at a great price. I dont have the best credit, yet I was still able to get the car that I wanted. I saw guru's ad, and called them up to give it a shot. I got a call back within few hours that I was approved! In the end, I got the car I wanted for a price well below kelly blue book, although I am paying a high interest rate, I am very happy with the purchase. Even with my high interest rate, my Camry in the end is going to cost me $300 less than dick milhams asking price. It was not even the price, I was so pleased with the way I was treated and understood -- I was literally in the showroom for 35 minutes and out with my car. Thanks Guys. We came to Guru auto world after many exhausting trips to other dealerships. The thing i like the most about Guru was that unlike many car lots their employees were helpful but laid back. I didt feel like i was being attacked by sales people the second we got out of the car. I also liked that we had the freedom to test drive with out someone in the car with us. Our sales person was Tiffany and i couldt have asked for a nicer person to deal with. she was AMAZING!!! it wasnt like dealing with a salesperson but felt more like dealing with a friend. she got me a better intrest rate than other dealerships offered me and was just all around great. I have already told others to go to Guru auto world and will continue to reccomend them and will deffinatly go back to them in the future.
