After not even a month of owning it...transmission and brake problems and the dealership basically said that the brake problem was within the specs and the transmission problem had to be taken care of at a certified dealership for that type of vehicle and sent me off to drive. They also promised to fill my tank and didn't do that either. I will never go back to this dealership even if it was the last one on earth.....I would Go buy a bike instead. More

Asked if the dealership would help with the last two and got a resounding "NO". Sales guy was great but dealership management is horrific and only worried about the bottom dollar. Customer Service is a phrase that I don't think is in their vocabulary. Would encourage no one to do business with them. More
Amazing Customer Service from Jonathan Springer I purchased a 2010 Ford Escape (I love it), and my nephew bought a 2016 Nissan Juke from Jonathan. The best service I have ever received buying a car. I purchased a 2010 Ford Escape (I love it), and my nephew bought a 2016 Nissan Juke from Jonathan. The best service I have ever received buying a car. Jonathan Springer was amazing, this friendly and caring US Army Veteran will give you the same level of commitment to service that he gave our great country on the battlefields of Iraq and Afghanistan. When an American soldier has your back, or "6" as they call it, customer service takes on a whole new level of excellence. He even took the time to talk to my 18 year old son about his desire to enlist in the military. As long as Jonathan is at this dealership I will never buy a car anywhere else. You see, we didn't just buy a 2010 Ford Escape, we gained a family member. Thanks again, Jonathan !! Miranda Lutes, Nappanee, IN More

This was after I was told there was nothing wrong with the "as is" vehicle. Attempted to return said vehicle and was told it was our problem because they have a no return policy. Call them liars and me gullible. Buyer beware!!! Pick a different dealership. We should have stuck to a dealer we knew. Save yourself time and money. Drive by gurley keep! More
Buyers Beware- Read everything before you sign ANYTHING! Last week I joined my daughter on a used vehicle shopping day, this would be her first car purchase. I suggested that we start at the G-Leep locations Last week I joined my daughter on a used vehicle shopping day, this would be her first car purchase. I suggested that we start at the G-Leep locations on Grape Rd. We found a vehicle at the Nissan location and she worked with a nice salesman named Paul L. My daughter and her Dad went back and drove the vehicle. My daughter and I returned the next day because she was ready to negotiate and buy. Once again the salesman was great. Unfortunately, Tim Sweeden the sales manager got involved. He was a pompous arrogant xxx- he didn't make eye contact, leaned back in the chair like he was being bothered- told my daughter he couldn't move on the price. No deal. He got up walked away didn't shake her hand, say thank you, I'm sorry, keep us in mind, etc . . . Great way to treat a young lady, Tim. Later, I sent my brother in to shop the vehicle for my daughter. He went in, drove the vehicle and could buy the vehicle for 500.00 less than my daughter! Is this sexist? My daughter's Dad contacted the salesman via phone and worked out a deal that was now 550.00 less than when we started! My daughter and I returned and the finance manager tried to run an angle- she declined the extended warranty and he had her sign a doc- the price was now over 300.00 more than was agreed upon- G-Leep left the window etching on and wanted to charge her! He never once mentioned this to her! He had to redo all the docs which I reviewed prior to her signing. If a business has to use these slippery tactics they shouldn't be in business. Does Mike Leep know what's going on over at the Nissan store? Does he care how his employees are representing him and his family name? I sure hope so. Slippery finance managers and cocky pompous rude sales managers disgust me. Shame on Gurley-Leep Nissan. My advice to the salesman, Paul L., find another dealership that will appreciate you and your customers. More
Dishonest These people are very friendly at first but after I was blatantly lied to they refused to address the situation. The manager I spoke with agreed that I had a legitimate concern, said he would follow up but never called me back. I've reached out several more times with no resolution. Can they possibly change their minds anymore? I purchased a van in January from Gurley Leep in Mishawaka. I notified them 2 weeks after we purchased the vehicle that there was a chip in the winds I purchased a van in January from Gurley Leep in Mishawaka. I notified them 2 weeks after we purchased the vehicle that there was a chip in the windshield, the floor mats had huge holes in them, the CD player did not work, and one of the doors was stalling. We repaired the windshield on our own, had the door inspected on our own, and purchased new floor mats. We asked Gurley Leep to repair the CD player. They told us that we could take the van to our local dealership to have the repairs done until they realized that the repair was going to cost $2,000. They eventually would not return any of my phone calls and told us that they would need us to bring the vehicle back to them to be inspected. The 8 hour trip from our home requires us to take a day off work to take the car, then another day off to pick the vehicle up. This is not manageable with 3 kids and a job. Initially, Brad from GM was going to meet us half way to pick up our vehicle, then that changed too. Gurley Leep would not work with us, and they kept retracting their solutions. I called Rocky numerous times and he NEVER returned my phone calls. Now it is April and we had our first warm Indiana day. When I turned on my Air conditioner for the first time, it does NOT work either. Now, I am really disappointed with my purchase. I called Gurley Leep again trying to solve all of the problems and they were very unsympathetic! I have expressed concern about the navigation not being cleared out and the response I got was, "We are not a toyota dealership so our services guys probably did not know how to clear it out." Obviously, the service guys missed a lot of things on this vehicle. More

I can't say enough how unscrupulous these people are. They out right lie and don't stand behind anything they say. Do not buy a car here. More

They qu My husband and I found a Honda Civic online that we wanted to go check out at the dealership. We met with Gary who was very nice to work with. They quoted the car at $16,995. However, it was listed on the website for $12,995. When I showed them the listed price of the car on my phone they said it was an accident and they offered to print us an official retraction. We finally agreed upon a $14,000 price. We traded in our old car and told them we didn't have the title because we lost it. They assured us that it was fine and we didn't need it. At the dealership they switched our old license plate to the new car. My husband went to our Secretary of State branch to get the car legal and they said we needed the title first. Meanwhile, we were still driving the car with our old plate. My husband got pulled over and the cop told him they could impound the car for not having correct plates. I drove to Elkhart (which is about 45 miles from our house in Michigan) and had to get a temporary plate. I spoke with them about sending the title and they ensured me it was on my way. Three weeks later and we get a call that we need to come sign some paper work for the title. Another 45 minute drive to the dealership for a quick signature. Around this time we are constantly getting calls from Mike in their finance department about the title. He calls and tells me he needs it by the end of the day. I tell him to call my husband and speak with him about it. My husband speaks to a manager and they agreed to call him back. They never did. They continued calling us requesting a title. My husband and I agreed we could file for a new title, but we would ask them to pay for it for the inconvenience. They keep calling us and leaving us rude messages about how they need the title by the end of the day today. Horrible management. Would not recommend. My aunt purchased a new car and I told her to go somewhere else. More
