My family has gone to this dealer for a few years now. I now live in Orlando but when Ineeded a car I traveled down to see them. I REFUSE to deal with David Maus VW up here and the trip was completely worth it! They are the first really decent people I've met at any dealer! They treated me with respect and were honestly trying to help me get the best deal possible. Julian, Tony & Maggie really took great care of me and I would recommend anyone in Coconut Creek to go to them for a VW! My only complaint is that I wish the place was closer to my house. I would go there for everything! More

Telephoned shopped as so many us do after we have researched what we want via the internet. Several other VW dealers were extremely helpful as to the supply of the new TDI's as well but Andy Mroczka researched what we want via the internet. Several other VW dealers were extremely helpful as to the supply of the new TDI's as well but Andy Mroczka just hung in there with me and after about 10 days I was able to swing by and drive several models I had an interest in and bought the one I wanted. The dealership is immaculate with a museum of VW's dating back to the earliest models and customized paint jobs the likes i have never seen before on the new GTI's. Nice inventory and happy to locate a vehicle for you. F&I folks were great. Low pressure. No pushiness of any particular plan and i did decide to buy the extended 0 deductible (owner transferable-very important if you want to sell your call privately) for 6 years/72 months after i walked out and thought about it overnight. Very low interest rates as well. More
