2017 Passat - August 2017 Several months ago I was shopping for cars for my son and met Michael Lair at Gunther Volkswagen. I was very impressed with Michael at that time but my son eventually purchased a different car that suited his needs. Recently my daughter was in the market for a car. She was open minded, so we looked at just about every brand that made SUVs and sedans. Eventually we made our way back to Gunther and Michael, and he was great. Michael was very professional in assessing my daughter's wants and needs, and he was very patient in answering our questions. Michael clearly explained the features and benefits of the car. My daughter decided on the Passat and agreed on a price. The paperwork was handled quickly, and the finance manager, Gregg Freeman, was a delight to work with. I have bought quite a few cars, and this was as good an experience as I have ever had. More
