Kept us in VW Family Our lease was due to expire in 60 days on our Jetta so wife and I did what many families do. We starting planning made a decision and drove to the dealership where we originally leased the Jetta to show some loyalty. Several weeks passed and I, yes the customer call the sales person to try to set up a deal on a Tiguan. Not an experience I am accustomed to we then a West Palm Beach Dealer who claimed to be the largest saddle that experience was worse due to the lack of courtesy and professionalism and they even recommend we look at other brands. With that in mind my wife decided to go elsewhere and look at GMC or Acura. Fortunately my wife enjoyed driving the VW and understands that it's not the faul of the manufacturer so I made one more hail mary attempt. A very close friend of ours recommended Gunther. I proceeded to shop online and I was contacted by Scott Dubinsky who worked extremely hard to give us the deal we needed and one we can afford. It was such a great experience that my wife who hates shopping for cars can wait to trade in my RDX or just lease a second VW next year .. thank you Scott !!
