Absolutely love this service department! The new process is awesome. I loved being able to approve or decline the recommended repairs from my phone and getting an inspection video from the t The new process is awesome. Everyone at the dealership that I met was great. David, CJ and the service manager, I think his name was Craig was very nice. The only thing that was wrong was, whoever the clean up person is cove David, CJ and the service manager, I think his name was Craig was very nice. The only thing that was wrong was, whoever the clean up person is covered up a mess on the driver side floor board in/on the carpet and I found it when I was putting my personal items in the truck. Some may think this is nothing but when you’re selling nearly a $100,000.00 truck a good impression goes a long way. More
