My wife is thinking about trading in her Lincoln for a Chevy. I decided to take my 2003 Corvette in for an oil change, since I didn’t feel like crawling under it in the cold anyway, to check out how the s Chevy. They did not disappoint! I was met at the car, we went over what I wanted done, he showed me to the waiting room, and gave me the WiFi password. The car was done pretty quick and for what was quoted on the website. I can say the service department has passed my “test” and my wife and I will be back to see if there is a Chevy in her future… More

I have carried my truck multiple times for repairs and the problem was never fixed. I have also been in recently for an oil change and the oil filter was left so loose it leaked oil and the fender well wa the problem was never fixed. I bought my car in April and paid for a warranty. My check engine light comes on last week of November. My gaskets and seals on crank case are already wore out. It's a 2020 year model. They say they serviced it in February when I bought it. They want to say my warranty doesn't cover it and charge me around $2,000. Come on. I won't buy another from here that's for sure. More

The worst experience i have ever had buying a used car. 2021 with 48,000 miles Car came with issues and the dealer wanted me to pay for all repairs told me there was nothing wrong w/car. I have been to the shop 5 times now and 3 of those were visits at this dealers shop to "fix" the issues which then lead to them telling me the vehicle needs new parts but you have to pay for them out of your pocket mind you i only have had the vehicle for 1 month. now the new shop i took it to are telling me the rotors need to be replaced, it needs new tires and all to bring me to a grand total of $2,300 to fix it. Cant believe someone would be proud to sell a car like that. The hard earned money i do day to day for me to now spend more money out of my pocket to fix a car that shouldnt have any issues as i would assume the dealer "inspects" the vehicle to a T to make sure the customer is safe and is happy with spending almost 40k on a vehicle. will never recommend anyone here. More
